Spot clean only. Do not put in washing machine or dryer.
If your banner is creased or wrinkled, place your banner print side down on an ironing board and iron on low/medium heat. Do not iron on front side directly on screen print. Do not use high heat. Do not keep iron in one place for too long. You can also steam the banner, but steam from the back side of the banner. Do not place in dryer to get rid of wrinkles/creases.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles in 1-4 business days, unless otherwise stated. For pre-orders, please see product listing for expected shipping dates. During the Holiday Season, processing time for orders take longer.

Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous 48 USA. For orders under $150, we charge $9.95 to the 48 USA. Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO are calculated at checkout.

We currently offer limited shipping to Canada, China, France, Japan, and Mexico via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, DHL, or Fedex.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges).

At this time, we only offer free returns in cases of damage or defect from transit or manufacturing. All purchases will be subject to a return fee based on return shipping charges.
