Since 2017, Marie-Charlotte Pagnoux and Daniel Williams have been designing beautiful wooden figurines from their workshop in Alsace, France. Brin d'Ours' collection of eco-friendly toys is centered around nature, each one carved out of untreated solid wood, which is sourced from the neighbouring Vosges region, and handpainted using natural non-toxic colors. The beauty and diversity of the animal kingdom is translated into soft, pure shapes that are easy and safe for children to play with and that not only encourage imaginative play, but also an appreciation for the natural world.
