The Snow Queen was first introduced in a fairy tale by Danish author Hans Christian Andersen. This Snow Maiden is ready to make her way to all those who love her story!
This set comes with the Snow Queen, her Sleigh, and Dappled White Horse. This is a stunning trio, impeccably handcrafted. The Queen is regal, outfitted in a royal blue headress and magestic robe. She holds a silver staff and her detailed face is imperial. Her White Horse is adorned with a flowing gray mane, a wiry tail, and a dappling of spots. TThe Sleigh for the Snow Queen to stand in is large and solid, set off with a snowflake emblem. The Sleigh comes with a timber and cord hitch to attach it to the Horse.
Bumbu figurines are designed, cut and painted by hand in Romania using different varieties of Romanian hardwood. Each piece is unique and we pour a lot of love, passion and time in everything we make. We use high quality products to ensure each piece will be a worthy partner for even the more adventurous partners in play. Aș a small family-run business, we employ local artisans in an effort to sustain the local economy and help preserve local craftsmanship. In an effort to perfect our product and ensure our toys are as inclusive as possible, we consult a psychologist who specializes in early child development and intervention during our design process. After sanding and hand painting we use an organic oil to prevent sweat and saliva from damaging the wood.
