I ordered this with a dentist set for my toddler. The owner shipped the dentist set then cancelled the doctor set, without notifying me first (I wanted to but together for free shipping). Owner did not respond when I emailed her about this.

It looks like one of our team members let you know that the last doctor set in stock was missing some pieces. We could not send that to you and had to cancel that item. This email was sent to you as soon as we observed the issue. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for these sets due to the war.
Sometimes things like this happen. We do try our best to check all inventory beforehand but these sets, when they first arrived, had come out of the box and were put back together by our team and the missing pieces were overlooked. Kindly note that we did not charge you shipping for this order. When we do restock, we would be happy to honor the sale price and waive shipping.
We usually hold orders if items are missing to hear back from customers, but this order went out pretty fast. What I can do is waive regular shipping for your next order if you do not meet the threshold (unfortunately, this offer excludes oversize items or items with a surcharge because UPS charges us pretty high rates).
I realize that this is disappointing. I thank you for your flexibility.
