Purchase Order (PO):

(1) Once your account is verified in our system, you may start ordering.  Add products to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Select Purchase Order from the list of payment methods (if you have a credit card on file, first click "Choose Another Way to Pay"), and enter your school's billing information. Once completed, click Generate Quote.  There is a $100 order minimum and a $10.00 processing fee for Purchase Orders.

(2)  Purchase Order Shipping Rates for the 48 United States will be based on final purchase price of orders. We offer free economy shipping on all 48 U.S. orders for $100 or less. For larger orders, the following shipping rate will be added to your quote 

  • $100.00 - $499.99 = 10%
  • $500.00 & up = 5%

(3) Download and print the Purchase Order Quote. This form is only intended to be used as a Quote; it is not an order confirmation. Your order will be confirmed once it’s successfully processed.

(4) For us to process your order, you’ll need the two documents listed below.

  • Signed Purchase Order from your school. This form must be signed by your school administrator; please use the form provided by your school or district. The purchase order must include the following information:
    • Purchase Order Number (Requisitions without a PO# will not be accepted)
    • Total Dollar Amount
    • Bill to Information (email must be included)
    • Ship to Information
    • Signature of Approval
    • Note: If the order is placed with a District PO, include the name of the school or schools receiving the product(s)
  • Purchase Order Quote from our webshop. This form has your pending My Toy Wagon ID — generated by MTW — and is unique to each Purchase Order Quote. 

(5) Email the two documents to orders@mytoywagon.com. Please send them together to avoid delays in processing. All orders are subject to credit approval.

(6)  You will receive an email confirmation once the Purchase Order is processed from orders@mytoywagon.com.  

(7) An invoice will then be sent to the school/district and the listed billing contact via email. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

(8) We do not accept POs from outside of the United States.
