Where we ship

My Toy Wagon ships throughout the United States and to most addresses in Canada, China, France, Japan, and Mexico, via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Most orders ship directly from our warehouse in Los Angeles County. A small number of larger or specialty items ship through our trusted brand partners, from their own warehouses inside the contiguous U.S. Either way, your order is tracked from the moment it leaves the dock.

Shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S.

To qualify for free standard shipping: the subtotal of your order (after discounts or rewards points have been applied, before taxes) must reach $150 or more.

Local delivery

We're happy to offer local delivery in Los Angeles and Orange County for a flat $10. The minimum order for local delivery is $100. Check this option at checkout.

If your shipping address is outside our delivery area (roughly a 30-mile radius from Arcadia, CA), we'll send you an invoice if an additional shipping charge applies to your order.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO

Shipping rates to these locations are calculated at checkout. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the location and service available. If there's any discrepancy in the shipping cost, we'll send you an invoice for the difference.

Average handling times are 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and service. We cannot promise delivery times to areas outside the 48 contiguous states.

International orders

We currently ship most products to Canada, China, France, Japan, and Mexico via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Some brands are excluded because of geofencing rules from the maker, or because they ship directly from a partner warehouse.

Our system provides limited carrier quotes for the locations above; discrepancies occasionally arise. For a precise quote, email us first.

Shipping address responsibility

Please double-check all address details (apartment numbers, zip codes, delivery instructions) before submitting your order.

My Toy Wagon is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may be unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Shipping methods, in detail

Economy

Most items ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles within 2–4 business days. Some large items ship directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 2 weeks. Check the product listing for ship-time details on individual products.

Standard service ships via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery/Ground, with transit times of 1 to 6 business days (excluding weekends).

Quick Ship and Expedited

Quick Ship and expedited orders receive priority handling. Quick Ship orders ship at standard rates; expedited orders ship at 3-day-or-less rates, depending on location. These services may vary slightly during the holiday season.

Orders received by 11 a.m. PT on weekdays ship the same day from our LA warehouse via UPS or FedEx. Orders received after 11 a.m. PT ship the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

Regular orders

We provide an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout based on the items in your order and your location. These estimates do not include processing time, which is 1 to 3 business days depending on the season.

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments. During the holiday season and other periods of high traffic, delays in shipping and delivery may occur. Please place time-sensitive orders well in advance.

My Toy Wagon is not responsible for delays affecting delivery once orders are in the care of the carrier.

Pre-orders

Pre-order shipping times are estimates based on projections from our partners and occasionally change due to transit delays. We'll communicate any delays as soon as we know.
