My Toy Wagon ships products inside the US and internationally.
My Toy Wagon is happy to offer our customers local delivery services in Los Angeles and Orange County for a fee of $10.00. The minimum order amount for this service is $100.00. If appropriate, please check off this option at checkout. If the shipping address is located outside of our area (~30 mile radius from Arcadia, CA), we will send you an invoice if a shipping charge applies to your order.

For Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO/DPO
Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO are calculated at checkout. Orders shipping to these locations will ship via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex, depending on the location and service available. If there is any discrepancy in the shipping, you will be sent an invoice for the difference. Average handling times for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO/DPO are between 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and service. We cannot promise delivery times to areas outside the 48 contiguous USA.
For International Orders
We offer worldwide shipping for most of our products. Excluded items include brands with geofencing rules or items shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you are interested in placing an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will let you know if it is possible and provide you with an exact shipping quote. For international orders, we ship via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, DHL, or Fedex. Please note that our system is set up for worldwide shipping but only provides limited carrier quotes , and occasionally our system does not provide accurate quotes; this is because shipping charges change depending on the number of boxes being shipped. For a precise quote, kindly email us. Average handling times for orders shipping internationally are between 2 to 5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and service. We cannot promise delivery times to areas outside the US. We are not responsible for any additional agent, import, or carrier fees or duties incurred on your shipment.
STANDARD SERVICE: Most items ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles within 2-4 business days; however, some large items ship directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. Please check the product listing for details about an individual product. Orders with Standard service will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery and can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends).
QUICK SHIP and EXPEDITED: Quick Ship and expedited orders receive priority handling. Quick ship orders are shipped at standard rates and expedited orders are shipped at 3 days or less rates, depending on location. These services may vary slightly during the Christmas season. Orders received by 11:00 am PST on weekdays will ship same day from our warehouse in Los Angeles County via UPS or Fedex. Quick Ship and Expedited orders received after 11:00am PST will ship the next business day. Quick Ship and Expedited service are not available for oversize or heavy items (such as Drewart and Connetix) or for items shipping directly from the manufacturer (Amboss Toys, Baghera, Ellie & Becks, Milton & Goose, and Poppie Toys).
Estimated Delivery Times (Regular Orders)
We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout based on the items in your order and your location. Please keep in mind that these estimates do not include processing time, which can range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the season. Also note, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments. During holidays and periods of high traffic such as the Christmas season, delays in the shipping and delivery of orders may occur and so we encourage customers to place time-sensitive orders well in advance. My Toy Wagon is not responsible for delays affecting the delivery of orders once they are in the care of the carrier.

Please note that pre-order shipping times are estimates based on projections from our partners. Delivery times occasionally change due to delays in transit. If this is the case, we will do our best to communicate any and all delays via email. Please note that all orders with pre-ordered items will ship when the pre-order items come into stock.
