Approved accounts confirm with a 50 percent deposit. We accept check, ACH, and card, and new accounts may prepay until terms are approved. Pricing on your quote is held for 45 days.
- Net 60 for approved districts, against a purchase order
- Purchase orders accepted from independent schools, with terms set at approval
- Exemption certificates accepted from tax-exempt institutions in all 50 states
- Availability and lead time confirmed on every quote before the PO is submitted
Everything your accounts payable team needs, provided on request and usually returned within two business days: W-9, resale certificate, and a completed vendor form if your district uses one.
Spot clean the felt with a damp cloth. Do not soak or machine wash, since wet felt shrinks and will not recover. Air dry flat. Wipe the stand with a damp cloth and dry it right away. Missing or damaged pieces happen in busy classrooms. Email educators@mytoywagon.com and we will sort out a replacement.
