      FREE Local Contactless Delivery to Greater Los Angeles (Some Exceptions Apply)

      We offer complementary local delivery to most locations within Greater Los Angeles for a minimum order amount of $25.00. Once your order is processed, delivery will be made within 2-4 business days. Simply select the local delivery option during checkout. If you have trouble adding local delivery to your cart, please let us know and we will remedy the issue.

      My Toy Wagon offers FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100, within the 48 contiguous United States, on most items. To qualify for FREE SHIPPING, your subtotal (i.e., after discounts are applied) must total at least $100 and must be paid online at time of order. Exceptions include Milton & Goose and Drewart because of the weight and size of their items.

      Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous USA

      Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/AFO

      Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/AFO/DPO addresses are a flat-rate of $14.95 at checkout. Orders shipping to these locations will ship via U.S. Postal Service.

      We cannot promise delivery times to states outside state's contiguous USA. Please allow extra time when shipping to such addresses.

      Global Shipping

      We are offering worldwide shipping through UPS Worldwide Expedited, which customarily will include broker fees; occasionally customs fees are incurred. Custom fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

      Carrier, Delivery Issues, and Claims

      We use a combination of UPS and USPS for packages, depending on weight, speed, and price of delivery. Occasionally we use FedEx. Once an item is shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility of the safe care and delivery of the package. My Toy Wagon is not responsible for late or missing packages due to the mail carrier's error. If a package is missing or not delivered, email us ASAP with your order number and we can begin a claim with the carrier. Claims usually take 8-10 days once a file is opened; if this claim falls at a busy time, the process can take longer. If the outcome of the investigation indicates  a failure to deliver or damage to the package, then My Toy Wagon will replace the item.

      Please also contact your local post office about missing orders; we will do our utmost to resolve the problem.

      If an item is damaged or missing from our order, please email us at mytoywagon@gmail.com with your order number and the issue. If appropriate, send us pictures of the damage. We will do our best to reach a speedy resolution.
