We currently offer four delivery/shipping options to North America (the US and Canada).
Local Delivery
My Toy Wagon is happy to offer our customers local delivery services within a 30 mile radius of Monrovia in Los Angeles County for a fee of $10.00. The minimum order amount for this service is $100.00. If appropriate, please check off this option at checkout. If the shipping address is outside of our radius, we will send you an invoice if a shipping charge applies to your order.

NOTE: Delivery times are estimates. Upgraded shipping options are not available outside the 48 contiguous USA. Quick Ship and Expedited orders receive priority handling. Quick ship orders are shipped at standard rates and expedited orders are shipped at 3 days or less rates, depending on location. These services may vary slightly during the Christmas season.

My Toy Wagon offers FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $125, within the 48 contiguous United States, on most items. If your order falls below $125, we charge $9.95 for shipping. Please note that we have raised our shipping threshold and standard rate to meet rising shipping costs.
To qualify for FREE SHIPPING, your subtotal (i.e., after discounts are applied) must total at least $125 and must be paid online at time of order. Free Shipping does not apply on certain brands and/or items including Milton & Goose, Drewart, some Q Toys, some Plan Toys, because of the weight and size of their items. If an item is excluded from free shipping, mention will be made in the product description. Free shipping is also not guaranteed for PO Boxes because of restrictions with carriers.
Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous USA
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/AFO
Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/AFO/DPO addresses are calculated at checkout. Orders shipping to these locations will ship via U.S. Postal Service or UPS/DHL, depending on the location and service available). If there is any discrepancy in the shipping, you will be sent an invoice for the difference. While we do our best to give you accurate shipping rates, errors on our Shopify system do occur.
We cannot promise delivery times to states outside state's contiguous USA. Please allow extra time when shipping to such addresses.
Global Shipping
We are offering worldwide shipping through UPS Worldwide Expedited, which customarily will include broker fees; occasionally customs fees are incurred. Custom fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If there are any discrepancies in shipping rates, which occasionally happens, you will be contacted and an invoice will be drafted for the difference.
Carrier, Delivery Issues, and Claims
We use a combination of Fedex, UPS, and USPS for packages, depending on weight, speed, and price of delivery. Once an item is shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility of the safe care and delivery of the package. My Toy Wagon is not responsible for late, missing, or damaged packages due to the mail carrier's error. We urge customers to purchase Route protection or file a claim with UPS or USPS is such situations as this will lead to the fastest resolution. If a package arrives damaged, email us ASAP with your order number. If appropriate, send us several pictures of the damage. If the damage is on the outside of the package, please keep the box until the claim is completed. We will do our best to reach a speedy resolution. In cases of claims suhmitted by MTW, they usually take 8-10 business days once a file is opened; if this claim falls at a busy time, the process can take longer, even a month. Some claims procedures are more onerous. If the outcome of the investigation indicates a failure to deliver or damage to the package, then My Toy Wagon will replace the item. The simplest way to ensure that your package arrives safe and sound is to purchase Route protection.
In situations where the tracking information indicates a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, My Toy Wagon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Remember to check everywhere--occasionally carriers leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. Check with all household members. Please also contact your local post office about missing orders.
