Seven hand-felted finger puppets — Mama Monkey plus five little monkeys plus the Doctor — for acting out the "Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed" nursery rhyme. Children put a monkey on each finger and one bounces off through each verse until Mama calls the Doctor.

The set teaches subtraction by 1, doctor-visit narrative play, and call-and-response timing through the song's repeating refrain. Soft wool felt sized for small fingers.

Educator notes: A circle-time and music-time staple. Pair with a felt bed playscape or use as the Doctor-Visit themed set in dramatic play centers. Works for ESL teaching as a vocabulary and counting anchor.

Specs: 7 finger puppets, 100% wool felt. Fair-trade, hand-stitched by a women's felting cooperative in Nepal. Designed by Tara Treasures (Australia). Spot-clean only. Ages 3+.
