Materials & construction

Coconut shell, cleaned and polished to a smooth inner surface. Nothing is added and nothing is painted. Q Toys make these from the industrial byproduct of coconut harvesting, which is the zero-waste principle they build the range on.

Because each bowl is half a shell, size, depth and color vary from one to the next.

Safety

Tested to ASTM F963, the US toy safety standard. Recommended for ages 2 and up.

Sold as play bowls. We do not make a food-contact claim for them.

Care & storage

Rinse and dry by hand. Do not soak, do not put them in a dishwasher, and let them dry fully before stacking.
