Himalayan Felt Co.

Himalayan Felt Co. is a women's cooperative in Nepal. Every piece is made from 100% sheep's wool sourced from Australia and New Zealand, then hand-felted and hand sewn in the Himalayas by Nepalese artisans working under fair trade conditions.

The cooperative exists to support and empower Himalayan communities, to pass on traditional felting skills, and to give its makers a safe, family-friendly place to work. Because each piece is shaped entirely by hand, no two are exactly alike.
