Item Was Perfect

I ordered the little hopping bunny toy on wheels after the dog damaged the first one that my daughter purchased from another company. The item came in perfect condition, the communication was excellent in terms of receiving the order, processing it, and delivery. The only complaint I had was the shipping price was 1/3 of the purchase price and I find that to be exorbitant. After ordering, I did a search and found the same exact item with a 10% discount and free shipping from another company (Maisonette) and I chastised myself for purchasing it from your company.
