Papoose
Papoose is an Australian family brand founded by Renske van de Kamp in Melbourne, making felt and wooden toys by hand since the 1990s. The felt is hand-felted from pure wool by artisans in Nepal, in a Fair Trade Certified workshop, and colored with azo-free dyes. The wooden pieces are carved in Indonesia from sustainably sourced and salvaged timber, then hand-finished in Melbourne, some left bare and some colored with water-based German wood stains. Because each piece is made by hand from natural materials, no two are exactly alike.
