River set

Beautiful but the river plate can’t lay flat

Glad we bought this!

I had been eyeing the river plate, mossy rocks and waterfall for some time. At first, I thought it was a lot of money to spend on scenery. But I was wrong! The rocks and water fall are beautiful! They can be used together or on their own. My granddaughter recently had the waterfall pouring out of the doll’s house kitchen sink! She simply stated “ plumbing problems”.

The river bed plate is very pretty and has already hosted a few geese, a drake and duckling. And even the farmers wife has dipped her toes in ! I would prefer that the river bed pieces came apart to use seperately. It would open up the opportunity for more imagination… maybe the river is wide? Maybe there is a drought and the river is drying up? Maybe the grass is dry and there is only one small patch of green grass?

I still rate it 5 stars because it is well made , the colors are beautiful and the design is so charming!

I love crafted wood and display these beautiful items on my bookshelf for my grandkids to use in their play. Great landscaping for a world of imagination

Great for set ups

The rocks and waterfall are beautiful. A little disappointed that the river bottom piece,does not lay flush,so it looks odd from the side. For the price would have expected better
