We got the Musical Eggs for a one-year-old and she loves them. But, before she could take them home, a three-year-old at the party could not stop carrying them around, playing with them them, and trading each one out for his "new favorite." A hit for many ages.
I'm a huge fan of HABA toys, including these eggs. They seem simple but they keep the baby interested. My older one also find uses for it. They can also take a beating and seem to be ok even when repeatedly dropped.
