A group of 12 friendly Nins peg people in rainbow colors. The 12 Nins are a versatile set of 12 peg people in bold rainbow colors. This toy can be used in pretend play, to create stories and small worlds. However, combined with other elements, they can be part of mathematical, language and sensorial games, among others. Moreover, this material is not structured, which allows for it to be used in a broad number of ways. They don’t have eyes, or a gender. This way, it’s the children who can develop their own stories and it’s them who decide which character they are going to play.
Grapat toys are designed to stir the imagination, to allow the child to be creative in her own way. There is no right way to play with the toys: just go where the fancy takes you!

- The wood used for Grapat toys (primarily beech and birch) comes from sustainable forests
- The dyes are based on water and non-toxic: they allow the grain of the wood to show through, bringing children into closer contact with nature. The finishes are made with waxes and oils of vegetable origin. The oils can have a strong aroma at first, but it loses it within a few days. Each piece is unique, each one is painted by hand, and natural imperfections are recognized as being part of the natural wood: it is beautiful and makes the material even more valuable.

We are offering local delivery services until Christmas Eve for a special rate of $20. Shipping address must be in the Greater Los Angeles area, in the general vicinity of our shop (~35 miles from Arcadia, CA). All local delivery orders are subject to these restrictions.

Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous 48 USA. Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO are calculated at checkout.
We currently offer limited shipping to Canada, China, France, Japan, and Mexico via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, DHL, or Fedex.
