The product is made of solid wood, minimally processed to retain as much of its natural texture and properties as possible. Unlike plastic, wood is an uneven natural material that frequently shows growth rings or knots, colour stains or rough areas. These are not defects; they are distinctive signs that guarantee the natural origin of the product and give uniqueness to each toy, telling the story of the tree from which it was made.

Orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles in 1-4 business days, unless otherwise stated. For pre-orders, please see product listing for expected shipping dates. During the Holiday Season, processing time for orders take longer.

Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous 48 USA. For orders under $150, we charge $9.95 to the 48 USA. Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO are calculated at checkout.

We currently offer limited shipping to Canada, China, France, Japan, and Mexico via U.S. Postal Service, UPS, DHL, or Fedex.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (less promotional discounts and shipping charges).

At this time, we only offer free returns in cases of damage or defect from transit or manufacturing. All purchases will be subject to a return fee based on return shipping charges.
